“How childhood dreams tend to stay on the road as we get older. My father often comment that he wanted to become a doctor, but my grandparents never saw the study as a possibility for those postwar years. Left his village at the age 16 and went to discover the world. Worked as an apprentice turner, went to the military service and back began to earn a living as a commercial while decided to finish his primary education at evening classes deepen subjects such as reading, writing, speech and math, which did not allow him to be a doctor, but added to his persistence led him to become Commercial Director and after years to create his own business. My mother, daughter of Navarre farmers, as 7 of his sisters studied hairdressing in Madrid and went to work in the family business in Paseo Valencia in Pamplona, and direct it for a few years until she decided to marry my father, changing city.

How many Spanish families have struggled to cope following concerns !

In this environment I was born and raised with my 3 brothers, knowing that the world is at hand and it is up to us to get to realize our dreams. I always felt a boost within me to fight for what I wanted, regardless of my fears and limitations, which were and are many.

My dream was always to understand what my eyes saw, discovering the world both from a scientific point of view as a human, which led me to study Industrial Engineering, spending summers in Europe doing international work camps and internships, and study an Erasmus year in Germany, leaving good friends wherever I went, and learning a few languages. Since then I have worked in several multinationals as Endesa, Siemens and GM today, and lived in different countries leading international teams transforming them to excellence through training and acquired experience, having studied in parallel Clinical Psychology (UNED) and Co -Active Coaching (CTI/Augere), and the unconditional support of my family”.

It is important to reflect on those moments or activities that we have votes and satisfied senses with ourselves and emotions that produced us, in the search for similarities and clues about what moves us, attracts us and motivates us, and resources of those who have allowed us to be there.

The steps that will allow us to achieve our dreams and our vocation are:

  • Search the meaning and significance of our lives and concerns that drive us.
  • Taking an active awareness that allows us to leave our comfort zone.
  • Planning a personalized Integral Development, including training and skills.
  • Implementation and monitoring.

I help fulfilling dreams and vocations both personal and professional through active awareness of what one values and wants and what blocks us. My work philosophy follows the guidelines of Positive Psychology to finding fulfilling lives full of meaning and sense.
